FUSE Training Summit

Arrowmen of Section E20, join us on January 31st for our annual FUSE Training Summit! The FUSE Training Summit – Forging Unity, Success, and Empowerment – will offer unique opportunities for all Arrowmen to collaborate with others and tackle challenges within Scouting. With the help of experienced Arrowmen from across the Eastern Region, participants like you will develop meaningful and productive plans to tackle these issues.

This year, FUSE will be held at the Connecticut Fire Academy, and we want to see you there! Registration is now open, and can be accessed below. While you’re registering, be sure to consider purchasing this year’s Golden Ticket, which will cover the costs of both the FUSE Training Summit and Conclave. We can’t wait to see you there!

For this years training conference, all participants (both youth and adult) will be split into different training tracks. Each track will be unique, with trainings catered towards a specific leadership style or category. Participants must select one of the three track options to the right during registration.

New Leaders Track –  “Foundations of Excellence

If you are not yet in a formal leadership position or new to leadership this is a track for you. We will be focusing on building foundational leadership habits that can help you not just in scouting but in school, work, or any part of your life.

Experienced Leaders Track –  “Mentorship in Motion”
If you’ve already held leadership roles and are ready to take the next step, this track is for you. We’ll focus on developing the skills to guide others, strengthen your chapter or lodge, and leave a lasting impact through mentorship and example.

Communications & Committees Track – “Collaboration in Action”

If you want to improve how teams work together and communicate effectively, this track is for you. We’ll explore how strong communication and teamwork turn good ideas into great events. We will also dive deep into how you can help your lodge and lodge committees grow and thrive.

The Section leadership team understands that FUSE may be further away from some of our members, and, as such, will be offering an overnight option for Saturday evening. Participants are invited to stay the night in a heated cabin to enjoy some pre-event fellowship and much needed rest. This overnight is geared towards those traveling longer distances meaning that those Arrowmen will get first priority in this. This overnight costs $15, and lodges must provide sufficient adult coverage for any Arrowmen staying the night.

There is limited cabin space, so please fill out the additional information required in the registration form if you wish to stay the night.
